VERSOL – ORGANIC FARMING

Versol organic farm, owned by Versol Ltd. is in Lik village, Mezdra Municipality, District of Vratsa, in north-western Bulgaria region.

It is in the area called “Koykina bara”, at the total area of ​​5 ha own land. 400 meters above sea level, on gentle northern slope. There are several hills around, providing spring water for irrigation needs. The area of the farm is in terraces, allowing organic cultivation of various crops.

Goji berry is a perennial plant family of “Solanaceae”, with proven beneficial effect on the human organism. The fruit is rich in vitamin C and is a strong antioxidant, contains potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, selenium, etc. And also beta-carotene, zeaxanthin and polysaccharides. Balanced content of all elements makes it one of the super food popular worldwide as the “fruit of longevity”.

The latter gave him a byword for medical reasons. Due to the fact that regular consumption of Goji berry cleanses the blood. Scientific researches have shown that due to the polysaccharides that enhance the absorption of minerals, and regulate the level of glucose in the blood and decreased levels of PH.
