Millais Nurseries grow Rhododendrons and Azaleas. Furthermore, we grow one of the widest ranges in the world, and have an unparalleled experience of the genus. Our nurseries are beside the lovely Surrey lanes. Tne National Trust heathlands surrounds us on 3 sides with its abundant birdlife and wildlife. Yet we are only an hour from London, or 30 minutes from RHS Wisley Gardens. So, you are welcome to visit our well stocked plant centre. Or to buy online from our website. Ted and Romy Millais started the nursery in 1970. And as septuagenarians they organized many exciting plant hunting trips to the Himalayas. So, they introduced several wonderful new species of rhododendrons, some of which we offer now. Today David Millais runs the nursery. And we propagate around 35,000 Rhododendrons each year. We These supply them to keen gardeners, large estates, botanic gardens, arboretums and specialist garden centres throughout Great Britain, Ireland and Europe. No order is too small or too large for us to cope with. But please order rare plants by the autumn, as the most sought after varieties do sell out!
