Greens Nurseries is a family business set in the picturesque highlands of Scotland close to the coastal town of Nairn. Colin and Dorothy Green came to New Fleenas Farm in 1964.

Farming was the mainstay until approximately 1980 when an agricultural diversification was set up to start a plant nursery. Colin and son Donald continue to farm up to the present day but the nursery is the main business. Now to Donald joined in the business his wife Julie and their two daughters, Laura & Stephanie.

Our knowledgeable team in our retail area are happy to help with your gardening queries.

Our nursery is open 7 days a week all year round except for 2 weeks over the Christmas period.

We stock a wide range of plants and sundries for your Garden.

Our stock changes with the seasons but includes; Alpines, Perennials, Heathers, Shrubs, Trees, Fruit Trees, Herbs, Conifers, Rhododendrons, Roses, Climbers, Soft Fruit bushes, vegetable plants and Seasonal Bedding plants.

We can also plant up your containers and hanging baskets if you don’t have the time. Also we are more than happy to help you with selecting the right plants. Furthermore we will show you how to plant them in your chosen container.

To complement our plant sales we also stock composts, fertilisers, bug & weed controls. As well as stone chippings, gravels, lawn care and a range of garden tools.

We have lots of pots for you to plant yourself.  In season we offer a hanging basket planting service where we can refill your old baskets and containers. We also stock ready planted pots and baskets.
