Earley Ornamentals is a leading independent UK producer and supplier of young plants. With a specialist reputation for reliability and expertise, we provide excellent service and high quality stock.
We have been growing young plants at our 12-acre site near Thirsk, North Yorkshire since 1992. In 2009 after a successful management buy-out from international ornamental breeding giant Sakata, the managing director Simon Earley purchased the cdompany. The two companies have maintained strong trading links. Furthermore, Earley Ornamentals being Sakata’s preferred distributor in the UK.

As an independent company, we’ve built up a team of experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable experts. Experts, who show long-standing commitment to give our customers excellent service. We maintain an ongoing progressive programme of investment, innovation and development in place. And the technology behind our state-of-the-art site is evolving constantly, enabling us to deliver quality plants.
Earley Ornamentals has a flexible approach to doing business. Today, over 180m young plants, made up of 1,700 varieties, grow each year. In addition to being the UK’s primary distributor of SunPatiens®. Correspondingly, we offer an extensive range of young plants for all seasons. Additionally, we refine our range continually to introduce new varieties and ensure there is something new for our customers every year. Our production meets customer needs, with mixed assortments as required.

Also, we invest and innovate. In 2014, we completed the installation of a biomass heating system that delivers significant fossil fuel energy and CO2 emissions savings for the environment. Thus helping us to reduce our carbon footprint whilst maintaining stable greenhouse conditions.
