Founded in Sheffield in 1730, Burgon & Ball is the UK’s oldest manufacturer of garden tools and accessories. In fact we have hundreds of years of expertise in steel manufacturing.

Burgon & Ball Garden Tools

Burgon & Ball is a manufacturer of the world’s finest sheep shears since its earliest years. Today our company is respected as a leading name in garden tools. Furthermore we enjoy an enviable reputation for quality and innovation.

Our most notable product ranges are: Extensive range of Royal Horticultural Society-endorsed garden tools and licensed giftware; high-carbon steel garden tools with a heritage look resulting from a new collaboration with the National Trust.

As well as the exceptionally durable and reliable garden tools from Corona, Burgon & Ball’s US sister company. And last but not least the popular range of hand tools and giftware developed in collaboration with designer Sophie Conran.
